Simply known as L30.
L30 is a Utah Youth Soccer Association Member dedicated to serving youth soccer teams in Utah.
Founded in Morgan-Weber-Davis Counties, L30 now supports teams state-wide with
Registration, Referee Assigning, Field Coordination, Uniform/Equipment Options & Team Placement in local & state gaming leagues.
What exactly does it mean to be a COLLECTIVE of UNIQUE TEAMS?
As a member of L30, a team can have a unique identity & customized soccer experience, while still being a part of something greater than themselves. L30 provides SUPERIOR administrative SUPPORT. You get the flexibility to choose the OPTIONS (name, uniform, winter training, paid coach/trainer, speed & agility training, tournaments in state, out of state or NOT) that best fit the needs of your players.
A one-stop shop without a one-size-fits-all approach.
Simply put, you have options and get flexibility. In exchange, we do require one thing - RESPECT. Respect for the Game, Rules, Opponents, Officials, Teammates and the Individual. We think there is room for differences but not disrespect.
Fall 2019 Mandatory Coaching Education
Monday, July 29, 2019 - Mark O’Sullivan
7:00-8:30pm (SEOCSC - Ogden)
Thursday, August 1, 2019 - FIFA LAW CHANGES
6:00-7:00pm (Boondocks - Kaysville)
US Soccer has changed all of their coaching education to be more player centered & game driven. What does this mean? How does this affect what a training session should look like for the “best” player development? What exactly does “best” mean? At the root of all these changes is research that addresses how players best learn, but at the grassroots level, as a coach, how are we suppose to implement these changes when it looks & feels so different from what we grew up doing?
MON; July 29th - Mark O’Sullivan will enlighten coaches on the research, but more importantly, SHOW you what a decision, game driven practice needs to look like. Often people can only envision the extremes - drill driven 10,000 touches OR throw a ball into a bunch of kids and just let them play without any intervention. Neither of these are an accurate portrayal of what should be taking place.
